The Warranty and Maintenance Plan requires Subaru SA to collect, store and process data provided by the customer:

• Subaru SA will collect and maintain data relating to driver behaviour, vehicle mileage and vehicle condition. The purpose of the data collection is to allow Subaru SA to predict wear and tear condition of the vehicle.
• Subaru SA will store and analyse data in conjunction with third parties. Notwithstanding the above, please note the following additional declarations:

Take note of your responsibilities and important conditions in the Warranty and Maintenance agreement.

Note that Subaru Southern Africa or its representatives may acquire about any such information that may have an impact on the Warranty or Maintenance Plan. The disclosure and dissemination of this information will be limited to Subaru Southern Africa’s interests in the Warranty and Maintenance Plan.

By submitting this form, you agree that you have taken special note of the following points and understand the conditions thereof:

In the case of low coolant level, to only top up with distilled water and to contact the nearest Subaru Dealer for assistance. You also take note and agree to the following terms in your Warranty or Maintenance Plan agreement:

If you do not comply with these conditions stipulated above and, in the warranty, and maintenance booklets, Subaru Southern Africa reserves the right to terminate the Warranty and the Maintenance Plan.
