Brand Movie “The Car Parts” Wins Silver at One Show Design Awards

The Subaru brand movie "The CarParts" has won the silver award at the One Show festival, run by The One Club in New York, U.S.A. between May 9 and 13. Together with the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival and Clio Awards, One Show is one of the most prestigious advertising awards in the world.

The movie took the award in the One Show Design Broadcast Design category for its striking design concept. It was also selected as a Finalist in the Clio Awards 2011 Film Technique (Animation) category. The CarParts, as the name suggests, depicts Subaru car parts moving in a number of driving situations. The movie takes a refreshing approach to video by using production methods that have never been tried before.
